Essex Luxury Apartments was a ground-up development in the southwest Orlando entertainment submarket. The site is located directly north of the Orlando Convention Center and south of Lockhead Martin. In addition to SeaWorld, one mile south of the project, other major employers within a five-mile radius include Universal Studios to the north and Disney World to the south. The site benefits from the area’s master plan, currently under development, with the extremely successful rollout of Topgolf and Andretti Karting as well as scheduled construction for another entertainment venue from Ripley’s.
