Among the renewal and new development projects already completed is Axis West and Essex, ground-up developments of luxury apartments in prime locations in Orlando, Florida’s entertainment submarket, and Addison Park, a 337 apartment acquisition in Montgomery, Alabama. Currently underway is Apex Posner Park, another ground-up development in the fast growing Orlando suburb of Davenport, Florida.
